Returns should be made in in a timely manner (within 14 days) in original, undamaged packaging (where applicable). If we find that the product is not returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective we will refund the delivery charges and the return postage.
